Terms & Conditions

1. Customers should pre-book the slot well in advance by filling the booking form, Entry in The Fantasy Land premises would be permitted only after sharing the booking details generated by the website.

2. Booking done at The Fantasy Land is on a sharing basis. There will be other shoots going on simultaneously. Co-operative behaviour and moral ethics are expected to enable everyone to get the desired results.

3. Customers are supposed to reach on time to make effective utilisation of the slot timings. You can enter 20 minutes prior your shoot time to complete registration procedure and to get the possession of the make up room.

4. Number of people coming for the shoot must be informed during booking. This will help us make arrangements accordingly.

5. No refund policy, rescheduling is possible within 30 days of the booking, subject to availability, Rescheduling should be requested at-least 48 hours before the booking start time.

6. Arrangement of sets and set properties should be intimated 30min prior to the management.

7. In case of Power Outage during time slot reserved, the No. of hours will be noted, and the same time will be provided once the power is back. Management is not responsible for any Inconvenience caused due to the power outage

8. Friends and family members accompanied for the shoot are not allowed to take photos or videos in the studio premises. Management reserves the right to cancel the shoot if family and friends accompanied found taking photos or videos.

9. Customer should check the props and studio owned items prior for any pre-existing damages. All the props and studio owned items should be returned undamaged. Any damages during the shoot will be charge able as per the management specified pricing. All the damages need to be paid while check out.

10. Late check outs will be charged. Extension of the slot time should be intimated 30min prior the end time, Extension will be provided based on the availability.

11. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

12. Customers should maintain social distancing and practice all the COVID-19 safety measures.

13. Staff members must be treated with respect at all times.

14. Early check in and late check out request will be entertained subject to availability and will be chargeable.

15. Coffee Shop is functional between 9 am to 7 pm.

16. The client must ensure that his own public liability insurance is operative for all persons in the studio during the hours of use, to cover any accident, injury or death.

17. The client must ensure that all persons under the age of 18 have parents’ or guardian’s permission to be at the studio, for the purposes of the photography or filming, during the period of studio hire.

18. Visit to The Fantasy Land is permitted by prior appointment only.

19. Any parking at The Fantasy Land’s premises is at the user’s own risk and The Fantasy Land accepts no responsibility for theft, damage or any other loss occasioned to vehicles parked on its premises.

20. The Fantasy Land reserves the right to use the data shot by Photographer/Cinematographer as a promotional tool for the location awareness through online marketing and print.

21. All additional services provided at The Fantasy Land (exclusive to the booking cost) like Make-up artists, outfit rentals and Ironing of clothes, are through third party vendors and bought in only for the convenience of the client. All communication with regards to the same needs to be done directly with the third party vendor. Any issues or dissatisfaction felt by the client needs to be communicated with the direct vendor as The Fantasy Land is not responsible for the same.

22. The Fantasy Land will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage of any personal equipment, valuables or stuff. Responsibility of such stuff would be completely up to the client him/herself. Management will not be responsible for any of your belongings.

23. Clients use the studios and facilities entirely at their own risk.

24. The client expressly acknowledges and agrees that the studio is a workplace, and as such there will be items that could be dangerous if misused, handled or interfered with. Whilst The Fantasy Land will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure a safe environment within the studio, In case of natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances, The Fantasy Land reserves the rights to reschedule your booking as per the situation.

25. Third parties. A person who is not a party to the contract shall not have any rights to enforce its terms.

26. All contractual disputes or claims related to specific contracts are subject to Kakinada Jurisdiction only.

27. All clients must follow security regulations of The Fantasy Land.

28. The customer shall at all times keep The Fantasy Land indemnified against all charges & claims.

29. Pet friendly, subjected to no damages to the property.

30. Number of people allowed for the shoot are as below

       a.    Couple’s shoot should not exceed more than a team of Six members which includes couple & photography team

       b.    A team of Six members will only be allowed for the baby shoot including parent and photographers.

       c.    A team of Five members will only be allowed for the maternity shoot.

       d.    A team of Four members will only be allowed for Portfolio or related shoots.

Booking & Payment Terms

​

1. All packages displayed on the website are excluding GST.

2. We accept Bookings only through our website. A booking is considered confirmed once we receive the deposit amount as mentioned for your chosen package.

3. In case you are unable to book online please contact us on 9297939999.

4. Booking amount is non-refundable. All bookings are taken on a sharing basis. We generally accommodate 2 to 3 shoots per slot.

5. Balance of the package amount is to be paid on the day of your shoot before your shoot starts.

6. Security deposit is Mandatory. It has to be paid in cash & is refundable on completion of the shoot.

7. Booking can be rescheduled, if you inform us 72 hours prior to your shoot.

8. In case your team is bigger than the permissible limit, you need to inform us in advance.

9. Couple/Maternity packages are meant only for one couple shoot. if there is an extra couple being shot with the same photographer, you need to pay 60% additional of the package amount.

10. Couple/Maternity shoot has to be for one couple only. Family, friends or companions are not allowed to shoot. in such cases you are found doing that you need to pay additional amount of INR 5000 for the same.

11. All the people accompanying you will be accounted for, that includes drivers, helpers, photographers, couple, family & friends, if the total count exceeds the number permissible then Rs. 1999 is charged per person for the additional people.

Studio And Equipment Hire Terms

 

1. The client is supposed to use one set only for 30 minutes at a stretch as the studio is let out of shared basis. In case, there is no other client waiting, you can continue using the set further.

2. All the equipments/props belong to The Fantasy Land and are not meant for personal use. Kindly return before leaving the premises.

3. The client cannot modify or alter or tamper with the placement of equipment/props in any way.

4. The client cannot use the equipment/props in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer.

5. The equipment/props can not be used by any untrained or unauthorised personnel. If a client needs help with using an equipment/props kindly reach out to The Fantasy Land Team.

6. Equipment/props must be returned promptly after use in the original condition.

7. The client can use the make-up rooms, relaxation areas and other communal areas only during the hire period. The client shall ensure that such areas are used respectfully and left clean and tidy after use.

8. The client will be liable and charged for the costs of cleaning, replacing or repairing any damage resulting from any misuse, damage or neglect of these areas.

9. All vehicles like cars, cycles, etc are for shooting only and only couples and artists can use it and the usage time for each vehicle per shift shall be maximum 30 minutes only. After the usage time is over, it must be returned to the The Fantasy Land concerned staff. Additional usage time shall be chargeable as per The Fantasy Land’s rule.

10. All props & vehicles shall be provided subject to their working condition and availability. Under unforeseen circumstances like damage, technical malfunction/ fuel unavailability, The Fantasy Land is not bound to provide them for shoot.

11. Any machines (Fog/ snow/ bubble) or any other equipment like light etc. may not be available in case of breakdown/ repair/ maintenance. The Fantasy Land will not be responsible for unavailability of such equipment and no complaints or payment deductions shall be accepted in such circumstances.

12. Any samples, drawings, descriptive matter or advertising on The Fantasy Land’s website, and any descriptions or illustrations contained in The Fantasy Land’s catalogues or brochures, are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the sets described in them. They shall not form part of the contract or have any contractual force.

13. Clients are permitted to use a single set at a time. Multiple sets can not be used simultaneously. You need to wait for your turn till the set is vacant.

 

 

Breakages, Losses And Damages

 

1. The client hiring the studio is responsible for all breakages, losses or damages caused to the studio or equipment by him/her, or any other person, during the use of the studio.

2. All equipment and services are supplied by The Fantasy Land entirely at the risk of the client. The Fantasy Land shall not be liable for any loss or damage to materials or props or equipment, including consequential loss and loss of profit however caused, arising out of the use or the inability to use the equipment supplied or agreed to be supplied.

3. No alterations, decorations or additions to the studio are permitted without the written consent of The Fantasy Land.

4. The client shall pay any costs incurred by The Fantasy Land arising out of any breach of these conditions.

5. The client must notify The Fantasy Land at the time of supply if the condition of the equipment is not acceptable.

6. The Fantasy Land shall not be liable to the client for any loss, damage, expense, or for any consequential loss (including loss of profit) whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with any of the following: any damage to or loss of property by the Client or the Clients servants or agents or any third party; any breakdown, stoppage or failure of the facilities and equipment provided in the studio or any other equipment supplied to the client by The Fantasy Land.
